⭐️ 1 STAR — Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I came to this office because of their advertised $1,300 implant promotion, but once I arrived, I was presented with a bill of approximately $4,400. When I decided not to proceed, they made multiple offers to convince me to stay, including a personal call from Dr. Hakimi offering additional discounts and other dental services. I eventually agreed to proceed and paid $2,600. Unfortunately, the implant failed. I experienced a month of significant pain and had to take three courses of antibiotics. I cannot say exactly why the implant failed, and I don’t want to make an accusation I cannot prove. However, after paying $2,600 and going through all of this, I expected the office to take responsibility and help resolve the situation. Instead, when I requested a refund, I was told I would have to pay an additional $600 to get my money back. They then offered to have another dentist redo the implant, which I agreed to. I specifically requested Dr. Shalabi and made it clear that I wanted to work with that doctor. They scheduled my appointment accordingly. I hope this review helps someone avoid the same experience I had with Smile Design in Santa Clarita. I found them through a Facebook ad offering a free dental visit. What started as a free consultation quickly turned into them trying to keep $1,500 of my money for work that was never done. When I disputed the charge with Cherry (the financing company), the office claimed in writing that they had taken x-rays. That is simply not true — no x-rays were taken. The staff (Stephanie, Gloria, and Anna) have been extremely difficult to deal with. They refuse to put the doctor on the phone and have been consistently rude and unhelpful. If the price looks too good to be true, it usually is. Stay away from this office.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with the entire staff and dentists at Smile Design. Dr.Behrad Nia was caring, thorough, and very informative. I always felt secure in the work he and his assistants performed on my teeth. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to friends and family.

My experience at Smile Dental is always positive. Natatie was best. Anna, said to me we’re going to get your smile back and help me work out the finances. Olivia, expedited my new teeth bc I was going out of town. Maria, made the best looking temps. People thought were my permanent ones. Jamie, is always so helpful and cheerful. I can’t leave our Dr Ida who is very encouraging. The whole team is great ! Thank you for caring

Im Glad I found a great dental office. I love coming here now, everyone is so friendly, kind and relatable. The office is clean and they have great doctor. They take the time to explain everything until I understand it and they never pressure you! Glad I found them! Highly recommend 🙏
